Passion, energy, and a fearless sense for big gestures:
24-year-old Aris Valentino from Germany blends catchy pop melodies with a modern rock ’n’ roll attitude – danceable, uplifting, and full of emotion.
Born in the Ruhr region with Greek and Greek-Cypriot roots, Aris followed a remarkably diverse path. From theatre and beat production to competing as a national ice hockey player, his journey ultimately led him to the stage. In 2021, he released his debut single “Showtime”, marking the beginning of his career as a solo artist.
Since late 2022, Aris has been performing with his live band, captivating audiences at numerous concerts, including several sold-out headliner shows such as “The Aris Valentino Show” (2024). With dozens of festival appearances – among them Bochum Total, Projekt Rüttenscheid, Kessel Festival Stuttgart, and Bochum Musiksommer – his music proves to work wherever people come together to celebrate.
Based in Cologne, Aris Valentino is currently working on his upcoming album Once Upon A Time, a record about the highs, doubts, and defining moments of life in your twenties. Its first single, “If It Ain’t About Love,” makes a clear statement: in the end, only what’s real truly matters.
He has appeared on German media such as WDR, Rheinische Post, WAZ, Radio Essen and many more.
Before Aris finally made his debut in November of 2021 he produced and co-wrote more than a hundred released songs in the time-span of 5 years.
In 2020 he co-founded his own label FTF Records together with his partners Vincent and Felix. Together they own a music studio located in Mettmann, Germany. Next to having signed their own artists to their label they provided music related services to several artists ranging from Hip-Hop, Pop to German Schlager.
Aris is an auto-didact, meaning he taught music composition, theory and production all to himself. He also plays the piano and guitar adequatly enough.
For six years now Aris has been taking singing lessons to perfect his voice and singing abilities.
Aris was not always a musician. Before he started getting into music and eventually working on his career everyday he was a semi-professional ice hockey player, even playing for the Cologne Sharks youth team and the German national under 16 and under 17 team.
“Making music is just everything. And then having people actually waiting eagerly for your next release is just unbelievable.”
